Leadership team

Rob Lewis

Chief Executive Officer

Rob has over 35 years experience in the automotive sector, he is majority owner and Chairman of ICX Ltd. He was until Dec 2022, Managing Director of Reynolds and Reynolds UK operations and Managing Director of Contact Advantage Ltd (CA), acquired by Reynolds in 2015. Previously he was founder and CEO of Actuate Business Solutions, an after-sales and CRM marketing solution which was acquired by MSX International and where he held the position of SVP for their CLM business. Actuate was originally an MBO from First National Motor Finance where he held the role of Head of CRM and Customer Retention for what at the time was the UK’s largest provider of prime automotive finance. He holds a Certificate in Management from the Surrey Business School. He resides in Finchampstead, Berkshire, UK.

Jon Roberts

Chief Operating Officer

Jon has 30 years’ experience working in the Retail and OEM space. He has held various senior executive positions for Nissan Motors (GB) Ltd working in Nissan’s retail group (West Way) as Regional Director and then Managing Director, he was also Managing Director of INFINITI Retail Group between 2016-2020. Following the successful divestment by NMGB in West Way in 2022, Jon transferred to AW Rostamani as Chief Operating Officer for the combined West Way and Brayley Cars businesses. Jon has exceptional knowledge and experience in retail digital transformation, sales operational excellence and customer journey, which he now brings to Auto Ignite. He resides in Wimbledon, London.

Steven Stewart 

Chief Product Officer

Steven has over 20 years of development experience in the automotive sector, specializing in designing and developing innovative, customer-centric software solutions.  His work focuses on delivering intuitive, insightful applications that serve users and stakeholders across all levels of the industry. He leads the design and implementation of the system integrations, user interfaces, and advanced analytics solutions that drive our product with data-informed decisions and operational efficiency.  Steven resides in Glasgow, UK.

Mark Hughes

Chief Financial Officer

Mark is a Chartered Accountant, and former General Manager and Dealer Principal with 40 years experience at board level in the UK Automotive Sector including contract hire and leasing, fleet management, inbound and outbound logistics, auctions and new and used car retailing. In addition, Mark has extensive experience gained with blue-chip organisations including RAC Motoring Services, BRS, Excel Logistics and GE Capital Fleet Services.

Adam Bartkowski

Investor / Advisor

Adam is the Founder and Chairman of PSignite Group. He is a Global Advisor to EPAM, a Board Member of LCT Inc., and Cluster SA. Prior he was the founder of PolSource, the CEO of Apriso Corporation, and the Senior Vice President of New Markets and Strategic Planning at ADP Dealer Services. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Amherst College. He resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Matt Dyer

Investor / Advisor

Matt was the Founder and CEO of ITC Compliance Limited. Established in 2003 ITC are the UKs largest Motor Retail Financial Services Network, taking responsibility for the finance and insurance sales of over 3000 motor retail outlets across the UK including OEMs, franchised and non-franchised dealer groups. Matt sold ITC to Fortegra, a US based insurer, in April 2022. As well as being an active investor in Auto Ignite Matt also sits as a Non- Executive Director for an Acrisure entity. Acrisure rank as the sixth largest insurance broker globally. Matt resides in Edington, Somerset, UK.
